It’s a Sprint: Games Leaving PlayStation Plus March 2026 Edition
Cris Tales by Dreams Uncorporated and SYCK
I hope you enjoyed our little break in the release calendar because video games are back.
This last week we were treated to a substantial State of Play, Silent Hill Transmission, Diablo 30th Anniversary Spotlight, and Bloober continued to tease us with sprinklings of William Blake and Edgar Allen Poe. From those hours of content, these are the announcements that I feel are most worth your attention:
-Diablo II: Resurrected received a new Warlock class and content. Yes, you read that correctly–Diablo II got an update in 2026.
-Another showcase, another fantastic Resident Evil Requiem trailer. My copy is preordered and I’m ready to enter a media blackout until it releases in less than two weeks.
–Capcom shadow dropped the first two Dino Crisis games on Steam.
-Star Wars Galactic Racer continues to look like the podracing sequel that all nineties kids (including myself) have been dreaming about.
-Legacy of Kain is back with two titles (including a remaster of Defiance).
-Metal Gear Solid 4 is finally freed from the shackles of the PlayStation 3. It will be available along with Peace Walker and Ghost Babel in the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2.
-We’re getting a new Castlevania for the first time in 12 years. I wasn’t sold on the art direction at first, but I came around during the footage of the boss fight set against a backdrop of flames.
-Silent Hill: Townfall looks like a brilliant mashup of Siren, PT, and Condemned.
Regardless of what you’re into, there’s a lot on the horizon. For now, here is everything scheduled to leave PlayStation Plus in March.

My project that I’ve been ranting about for the last 6 months (the one where I’m too committed to the bit and plan to review every Virtual Boy game) is about to begin. I have no idea how long each of the games are, but those articles should provide regular site updates. It’s the definition of going in blind–though hopefully not literally with all the red and black I’m about to expose my eyes to.
Thanks for reading and keep grinding on those backlogs.
