It’s a Sprint: Games Leaving Game Pass December 15th 2025 Edition
Hollow Knight by Team Cherry
I was scheduling the rest of this year when I came to the realization that, including this article, we only have three “It’s a Sprints” left in 2025. What loose ends are you looking to tie up? What resolutions are you ready to commit to? Due to a challenge I participate in every year, I’ve found myself in a dire situation–I need to binge Hogwarts Legacy. Luckily I’m enjoying it but that doesn’t change the fact that every spare moment I can conjure between now and January is going to be spent in Herbology class.
Believe it or not, it is a sprint.
Here is everything leaving Game Pass in two weeks.

Tactical Reload regulars know how I feel about Hollow Knight (it’s a masterpiece and you owe it to yourself to play it). Don’t try to play it on a deadline. It’s regularly on sale–just give Team Cherry your money. They deserve a holiday bonus for finally getting Silksong across the finish line.
Somewhere in my Hogwart’s Legacy debacle I’ll be making time for Still Wakes the Deep (even if PAW Patrol World is allegedly better).
The Game Awards and its satellite events are set to take place over the next couple weeks and I have plenty of articles that need cooking. So until next time, find some comfy pajamas and throw a (back) log on the fire.
